Thank you for shopping with Aura Gent. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with any available tracking information.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: up to 7 business days from dispatch
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order through the relevant carrier's website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your dispatch email.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped to the United Kingdom. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional import duties or customs fees for deliveries within the UK.
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or a safe location on your property. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at hello@auragent.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@auragent.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Aura Gent cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at hello@auragent.co.uk. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
7. Missing Items or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@auragent.co.uk with photos of the packaging and the items received. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
